Training Academy

Our academy was established in 2021 by India, with a passion for beauty and a desire to help others build a career doing something they genuinely enjoy. Our academy specialises in eyelash and eyebrow training, helping people at different stages of their journey develop the skills and confidence to work within the beauty industry.

Over the years, we’ve welcomed students from all sorts of backgrounds. Some have been mums looking for a career that offers more flexibility around family life, some have been school leavers taking their first steps into the beauty industry, while others have simply wanted to learn a new skill or create an additional income stream alongside what they already do. There really isn’t one type of person who comes through our doors — and that’s something we love about what we do.

TRAINING THAT KEEPS MOVING WITH THE INDUSTRY

The beauty industry is constantly changing, so we regularly review our courses and training content to make sure what we teach remains relevant and up to date. Our courses are taught by a professional with hands-on industry experience, combining practical training with the knowledge needed to understand the treatments, products and techniques properly.

We also believe that learning a treatment is only one part of starting out in the beauty industry. For many of our students, there are questions about what happens afterwards — from getting started and attracting clients to understanding the business side of working for yourself. That’s why we aim to provide more than just the training day. Our students become part of a supportive community where they can continue to ask questions, learn and develop as they build their confidence as well as having access to business materials. 

FROM BEAUTY PROFESSIONAL TO ACADEMY OWNER

As our academy has grown, so has our own journey… Having built our own successful training academy, we know that there is a lot that goes on behind the scenes when it comes to creating courses, developing an academy and becoming a trainer. We now use that experience to support other beauty business owners who have reached the point where they want to share their own knowledge and create an academy of their own.

It’s something that has become a natural extension of what we do — helping people not only learn new skills, but eventually have the opportunity to pass those skills on to others too.

At the heart of our Academy is a simple belief: Good training should leave you feeling supported, not just qualified.

We want our students to enjoy their training, understand what they’re learning and feel comfortable asking questions along the way. Whether someone is completely new to beauty or already has years of experience, everyone starts their journey somewhere and we’re proud to be part of that journey.
